Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

DubSync ("the Service") is operated by IMAJI AI PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202615181W). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DubSync, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account & Credits

  • New accounts receive 30 complimentary dubbing credits upon registration.
  • 1 credit equals 1 second of video × 1 target language.
  • Subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • One-time credit packs do not expire.
  • Credits have no monetary value and are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
  • Contains illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful material.
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Is used to impersonate another person or entity without consent.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to dub and distribute the content you upload.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. You grant IMAJI AI PTE. LTD. a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. Output videos generated by the Service are owned by you, subject to the content rights you hold in the source material.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed via HitPay. Subscriptions are monthly and do not auto-renew — you must manually repurchase. All purchases are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only for unused credits in cases of demonstrable technical failure.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMAJI AI PTE. LTD. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
