This Privacy Policy explains how IMAJI AI PTE. LTD. (UEN 202615181W, Singapore) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use DubSync at dub.imajiai.space.

2. Data We Collect

Phone number — collected at sign-up and used for authentication via WhatsApp OTP.
Uploaded videos — processed to perform dubbing and stored temporarily (up to 7 days) then deleted.
Usage data — dubbing jobs, credit balance, and payment records for service operation.
Analytics data — page views and session data via Google Analytics (anonymised).

3. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate your account and secure access.
To process dubbing jobs and deliver output videos.
To manage credits, subscriptions, and payment records.
To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate DubSync:

Supabase — database and user management.
Google Cloud — video storage and processing infrastructure.
HitPay — payment processing.
Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.

All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded source videos are deleted within 7 days of job completion.
Output videos are available for download for 7 days, then deleted.
Account data (phone, credits, payment history) is retained for as long as your account is active.

6. Your Rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable law, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate personal data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Withdraw consent to marketing communications.

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication and Google Analytics cookies for anonymised usage insights. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect Service functionality.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard security practices to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

DubSync is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
